Voice broadcasting allows you to create a pre-recorded voice message typically 30 seconds to 1 minute in length to be played to a list of prospects. A sales pitch/offer is played with a call to action (ask the customer to press #1 on their phone if they are interested) in the end. When an interested prospect presses #1, they are interested in your offer which drastically saves time vs manually calling prospects. Once logged into the client portal, click the 'Press 1 Audio" section in the menu. Here you will upload an audio recording (MP3 or WAV) in any language and voice you desire. If you chose to live transfer the call after a prospect presses #1, the call will be instantly transferred to any inbound phone number you select. Alternatively, if you would like to generate leads to be called back, you can upload a second audio recording; so, after the prospect presses #1, the audio could thank the customer for their interest and confirm they will receive a call back shortly.
